Outside the Frame
Outside the frame is a conceptual photo session, staged at home studio.
Concept: we tried to reflect problems and obstacles neglected in the usual frame expressing Egyptian women as beauty objects decorating walls or selling products!
part of "Women of Egypt" Exhibition organized by UN Women.
Acknowledgment: I would like to thank the great team of enthusiastic activists who shared in brain storming and volunteered as assistants and models; thanks to Iman, Kholey, Safaa, Shrouk, Safwat, Abdelsalam and Nora.
